Last week we had the first announcement of a vaccine that works against Covid-19. A historic moment that may well be remembered in future editions of Reeling in the Years. Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer issued a press release stating that its vaccine, which is called BNT162b1, had achieved 90pc efficacy in its phase three trial.
