RTÉ’s Climate Action Week found our national broadcaster in do-goodery mode. A pity, then, that it doesn’t practise what it preaches – recently it added to the world’s carbon footprint by sending Francis Brennan on a cruise ship around the Baltic for three weeks, while this week it flew Catherine Fulvio off to Boston just so a young Irish woman could enjoy her mammy’s chicken paprika.
