Growing Muslim population driving ‘extraordinary turnaround’ as lamb quotes rise again

The extraordinary story of the 2020 sheep trade continued yesterday with both the ICM group and Kildare Chilling lifting their quotes for lamb by 10-20c/kg, to €5.20 and €5.40/kg respectively.
