Horse Racing Ireland chief fears closure of tracks with prospect of permanent damage to €2bn industry

The aim over the coming weeks and months is to try and “avoid closures” but Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) chief executive Brian Kavanagh admitted that he is “very worried” about the future of some racecourses amid the coronavirus crisis.
