Henry Walsh: The honeymoon is well and truly over for Kiwi dairy farmers

As I write this article I am in the lakeside town of Wanaka on the South Island of New Zealand. The lake carved by the glaciers is pretty much sheltered on every side leaving it a wonderful resource for so many water based sports.
