In total, 306 ewes and 113 ewe lambs were mated on the Duffy farm in 2018 and lambed in 2019. Michael’s target was to wean 700 lambs in 2019 and in August I reported that he had achieved that through a combination of 685 lambs weaned from his mid-season flock and 30 lambs from 25 late lambing ewes that were barren at scanning in January.
